MUST'er academy

MUST’er academy is a personal development and supplementary education academy for startups that has been building confidence in children and teenagers since 2019.

The academy is designed for children and teenagers aged 9 to 17.

Our goal is to uncover personalities and leaders who, having discovered their talents, can express themselves.

Each individual is unique, with different tastes, desires, dreams, and ambitions. However, a common problem is that they often lack the opportunity to explore their potential while being pressured to quickly choose a field of study and their future career path.

Our system focuses on giving children and teenagers the opportunity to discover themselves, explore new things, try them out, and make important life decisions with confidence.

MUST’er academy students practice skills such as networking, journalism, marketing, body language, coaching, personal profiling, public speaking, psychology, finance, project management, leadership, and many other areas.

The most important part of the system is that all these practices are carried out alongside experts in their respective fields to achieve the highest possible results.

All of our mentors have many years of experience working with, analyzing, and addressing the behavior and challenges of children and teenagers. By working with young self-discoverers, mentors help them to open up, identify their strengths, overcome fears, and find their values.

MUST’er academy students not only rediscover their personalities but also learn to better navigate various situations, recognize the good and bad intentions of others, and choose their environment wisely.

What does education look like at MUST’er academy?

Time and Place:

Students have many opportunities to learn at different times and in different environments (with the whole class, individually, or in teams). Various classrooms and unlimited conditions for remote learning are provided for educational purposes.

Personal and Team-Based Learning:

Students follow an annual plan, but individual or team-based tools are tailored to each student's abilities. This means that once a certain level is reached, students set new, higher goals and strive to achieve them. If young self-discoverers encounter difficulties, they are given additional opportunities to practice until they achieve the desired results.

Free Choice:

Although the same subjects are taught to everyone, each student's goal is often different. Students can select specific learning tools and use only those they find necessary for reaching their goals. They can use different devices, programs, methods, and choose whether to work individually or in teams, based on their preferences.

Projects:

Students learn to apply their skills in various situations by creating projects. This helps them get used to working and start thinking about their future careers. Project work develops organizational, collaboration, and time management skills, which are essential for finding their dream careers.

Opportunities:

Students utilize modern technologies. The learning programs create more space and open unlimited opportunities for self-expression. They can practice, collaborate, and creatively present their acquired knowledge and skills in ways that reflect their efforts and achievements.

Data Analysis:

It’s no secret that computers will soon handle all statistical analysis, automatically describe and analyze data, and predict future trends. Students learn to understand this data. They gain theoretical knowledge, reason, and explore the importance and applications of such data.

Evaluation:

In our academy, there are no tests, year-end exams, or grading. Students and their parents receive continuous feedback that shows progress in specific areas. Since each student is unique, we evaluate the achievement of personal goals. This feedback is provided in verbal or written discussions, helping set further goals for personal or team development. All knowledge is assessed during the learning process, and students apply it by working on projects in their chosen fields. These projects are observed by experts, specialists, and mentors from various business sectors, who provide fresh perspectives and help discover new opportunities. We do not assess work as simply good or bad. Mistakes are seen as a source of improvement, and we encourage making mistakes and finding solutions.

Learning Program:

The learning program is constantly evolving. We strive to maintain up-to-date, modern, and useful educational content. By observing students’ work, desires, and set goals, we seek out various specialists to ensure comprehensive knowledge that is both sustainable and of high quality.

Independence:

Mentors design problems through which students learn and discover their path to improvement. Students seek solutions themselves and are constantly engaged in the learning process. Often, students become mentors in their fields of interest, learning to identify problems, solve them creatively, and present them to other students, creating an opportunity for everyone to share in their success and results.
